These TCUW are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Spain. For any claim, the courts and tribunals of the Spanish territory will be competent. All notifications, requirements, requests and other communications that the User wishes to make to Janium Iberia owner of this Website, must be made in writing and shall be deemed to have been properly made when they have been received at the following address espana@janium.com.
