The privacy policy described below applies to this website, in particular to the data collected from users and, where applicable, job candidates of Janium Iberia S.L. (hereinafter, “Janium Iberia”).
The data subject is informed that Janium Iberia declines any responsibility for the various privacy and personal-data-protection policies that may be contained in the websites accessible through the hyperlinks located on this website and not managed directly by Janium Iberia.
Janium Iberia wishes to inform the users of this website that this privacy policy reflects the data-protection policy followed by Janium Iberia. This policy has been configured in strict compliance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data, namely, among others, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, “GDPR”), as well as Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (hereinafter, “LOPDGDD”).

For what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long will we process your personal data?
At Janium Iberia, depending on the category of data subject and the purpose, data will be processed under different legal bases and retention periods:
- Managing enquiries through the Website via the ‘Contact’ form. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR): The User must consent to the processing of their data before submitting the Contact form. Retention: until the enquiry is resolved.
- Managing and receiving the candidate’s curriculum vitae (CV) through the form created for that purpose. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR): The User must consent to the processing of their data before submitting the candidate’s information. Retention: One (1) year from receipt of the CV.
- Managing IT incidents of any kind that may occur on the Website. Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f GDPR): Janium Iberia has a legitimate interest in managing any IT incident that may occur on the Website. Retention: until the IT incident is resolved.
- Sending commercial communications by electronic means related to the services offered by Janium Iberia. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR): The User must give consent for Janium Iberia to process their data in order to send commercial communications. Retention: until the User revokes their express consent.
- Tracking the User’s navigation on the Website through the inclusion of cookies. Legal basis: Consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR): The User must consent to Janium Iberia installing cookies in their browser. Retention: the persistence periods of each cookie, or the User’s uninstalling of them in their browser.
The User is informed that, once the retention period shown in the table above has ended, Janium Iberia will keep the data duly blocked for the sole purpose of addressing any liabilities that may arise. If any data subject considers that their data is not being processed correctly by Janium Iberia, or that requests to exercise rights have not been addressed satisfactorily, they may lodge a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority — the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) being the one indicated in the national territory, located at Calle Jorge Juan, 6 – 28001 Madrid.
