These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE govern the terms and conditions of access to and use of www.janium.com (hereinafter the “Website”), owned by Janium Iberia, S.L. (hereinafter “Janium Iberia”), with registered office at C/ Zurbano, 45 – 1º, 28010, Madrid, and Tax ID B85741544 (hereinafter, the “TCUW”), which the user of the Website must read and accept in order to use all the services and information provided from the Website.
The user, as well as the owner of the Website, may be jointly referred to as the parties.
Merely accessing or using the Website, or all or part of its contents and services, constitutes full acceptance of these conditions of use. The provision and use of the Website is deemed subject to strict compliance with the terms set out in these conditions of use of the Website.

Janium Iberia will make its best efforts to guarantee the availability and accessibility of the website. Nevertheless, on occasion, for reasons of maintenance, updating, relocation, etc., access to the Website may be interrupted.
AVAILABILITY OF THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES OF THE WEBSITE

LIABILITY OF THE WEBSITE

Janium Iberia does not guarantee or assume any liability for damages suffered as a result of accessing third-party Services through connections or links from linked sites, nor for their accuracy or reliability. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION, COMPETENT JURISDICTION AND NOTIFICATIONS
These TCUW are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Spain. The courts and tribunals of Spanish territory shall have jurisdiction over any claim. All notifications, requests, petitions and other communications that the User wishes to make to Janium Iberia, owner of this Website, must be made in writing and shall be deemed to have been correctly made when received at the following address: espana@janium.com.
